Chosen from the raising stages in the holm oak fields, these pieces have been cured for 56 to 60 months in natural drying rooms and cellars, in a dark and quiet atmosphere, with great care and large doses of patience. The recommended temperature to enjoy the ham’s rich and fresh aroma, dark pink colour, perfect fat marbling and melt-in-the-mouth texture is 22º C.
