FISAN Iberico Longaniza Salchichon is prepared with the traditional seasoning used for salchichón and pork’s noble meats, which are never frozen. Or horseshoe-shaped longanizas are typical pieces of our gastronomy. They are cured using traditional methods in natural drying cellars, which provides them with their full traditional flavour.
