One of the pork’s noble pieces. 100 % natural. It is prepared with traditional seasoning, using paprika de la Vera as its main ingredient, and salt. Its fat marbling makes it one of the tastiest and tenderest pieces.
FISAN Cebo de Campo Iberico Loin pieces are cured for over 90 days in natural drying rooms that enhance their flavour.
