FISAN’s Iberico Bellota Shoulder Ham 50% Iberian Breed is fairly lean, with a rich flavour. Its optimal curing for more than 34 months in natural cellars contributes to the homogeneity of its fat marbling and, thus, to the unique intensity of its taste.
