FISAN Iberico Bellota Chorizo Alta gastronomía is the dream of the most demanding palates. It is prepared with bellota pork’s noblest pieces, which are selected during each campaign: pluma, presa and secreto. Left to stand for eight months in natural cellars, it acquires the ideal conditions to transform its rich aroma and deep colour into an intense flavour with subtle nuances on the palate.
