FISAN PARTICIPATES IN SALÓN GOURMETS 2023 WITH AN AGENDA FULL OF ACTIVITIES

We arrive at the Salón Gourmets, a high-quality food and drink event that will take place in Madrid from the 17th until the 20th of April, 2023.

We have returned stronger than ever, and this year we will have a busy and vibrant meeting point to sample food, wine and attend showcookings: our stand is located at Pabellón7 C 02.

Our bellota iberico products stand apart because of their multiple flavours and nuances; its intense, deep and lasting flavour; all of it combined with a unique texture and scent. Qualities that make it unmistakeable to knowing palates.

PLANNED AGENDA FOR SALÓN GOURMETS

MONDAY, 17th OF APRIL

Rocío Parra, awarded a Michelin Star and a Repsol Sun for her restaurant in Salamanca, En la Parra, will be with us the first day of the event, the 17th of April, at 12:00h. She will prepare three dishes where our Ibérico Acorn-fed products are the main attraction.

RRocío Parra fell in love with Ibéricos FISAN because they are purely artisanal products, of an unmistakeable high quality and with an exquisite flavour. Because of all this, our products have become the main ingredient in each and every creation of her restaurant “En la Parra”.

TUESDAY, 18TH OF APRIL

Juanjo Gil, in charge of the cold meats shop “La Charcutería de Octavio”, located in the San Antón market (Madrid), will assemble a colourful and inviting table with our Acorn-fed products.

The spectacular bellota ibericos FISAN products greatly appeal to the clients of the “La Charcutería de Octavio”, clients that have become regulars in the last 20 years, coming to try the chorizo, pork loin, ham, etc.

WEDNESDAY, 19TH OF APRIL

we will host an interesting ham tasting session, where people will be able to try the different FISAN vintages; quite an experience!

In order to carry out this ham tasting event we will welcome top figures from the world of haute cuisine.

Miriam López Ortega, CEO and founder of “Jamón Lovers”, an artist that connects people to the world of Ibérico ham.

Julia Pérez Lozano, a food journalist, will offer her comments describing the flavours and sensations of each vintage.

At 4:30 p.m., we will continue with a very special moment, we will have the pleasure of receiving Roberto Verino and his Bodega Gargalo at our stand.

Two brands that are synonymous with quality and tradition, both go hand in hand with a legacy that prevails over time, making them leaders in their sector.

Roberto Verino understands wine as a pleasure to share around a table and good conversation with friends. This is how his winery was born. Bodega Gargalo seeks excellence in all its products, with high quality wines, with a Galician character.

THURSDAY, 20TH OF APRIL

On Thursday, April 20, at 12:00 p.m., the restaurant “Le Qualité Tasca” will taste its famous BRAVAS   with maragata sauce and FISAN Acorn-fed Chin.

Le Qualité Tasca is characterized by having a top quality raw material, where they manage to transport all the love from the kitchen to the table.

A UNIQUE MEETING WITH THANKS TO PARTNER BRANDS

At our stand we will perform several haute cuisine displays, tastings and pairings, all in collaboration with remarkable brands, such as the Bodegas Matarromera, whose winery, located at the heart of the river Douro, has achieved prestigious fame thanks to the legacy and hard work laid down by several generations. Moreover, they have wineries in different designations of origin, such as the “Carlos Moro” winery with D.O. Rioja or “Cyan” with D.O. Toro. These will be offered alongside our products for the perfect pairing. In addition, it has wineries with different designations of origin such as the Carlos Moro” winery with the Rioja designation of origin or the “Cyan” winery with the Toro designation of origin, and it will be offered as a pairing to combine with our products.

The cherry on top of our tasting sessions will be freshly baked artisanal bread, thanks to the collaboration of the brand Triticum, well known for their traditional approach when making bread. We will also enjoy our collaboration with Espiga Blanca, who specialise in gourmet bread, baked with the most discerning palates in mind. We will also have Espiga Blanca, specialists in varieties of gourmet bread made for the most demanding palates.

We have the pleasure of collaborating with MIBRASA, who will provide us with the oven HMB AC 110, where the bellota FISAN meats will be prepared by the chef Yancarlos López Morales.

As we do in every event where we participate, the FISAN team will be delighted to receive visitors, clients and friends, with whom we would like to share our different Ibérico product creations.
